The Chalet
It was built in 1970 in local noble materials : wood and stone. Since the origin, he is called “Plein Soleil” and offers a dominant situation with a beautiful sight on the hill country and the small valley of Valdeblore in the hinterland of Nice.Exposition to the south is optimal and you will appreciate the thick stone walls to refresh you in the summer or to protect you from the cold in the winter. Solar panels were installed in order to benefit from the generous sunny exposition. They are heating the house and the domestic water. The house was renovated recently and offers all comfort to 9 people divided into 5 rooms which offer each one their own color and their personalized decoration.

The house offers 180m ² of living space, 90 m ² of cellars and garage, 50m ² of terrace and balcony and is surrounded by a large ground of 8000m ² opening on the nature. The property has its own private access road which guarantees calmness in contact with nature.
Several terraces, some of which are covered and lighted, surround the house and offer spaces for sun bathing, to take a rest or for the kid’s play.

On the first floor, the stairs open on the living room.
The spacious living and dining room open by window doors on a large stone terrace of 35m ², southerly exposed. The living room is equipped with L shape seats, a fire place, a CD and radio player, a TV and a DVD player. Access to the bedrooms is provided by a large staircase. It is next to an intimate bureau with large integrated storage place closed by painted doors.
Toilet with a small sink. The dining room is equipped with a rustic table that accommodates up to 9 persons. It opens on the terrace, the living room and the kitchen.
The kitchen is vast, fully equipped and has its back kitchen with storage places, classical oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Each spacious bedroom has bedside tables with lamps and each is equipped with large storage places closed by typical regional colorful doors. All of them are equipped with twin beds( 90cm width) and each room has a different color.
All bedrooms have window doors opening on a nice family balcony with a panoramic view on the surroundings.
Bed linen are included and the beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are at your disposal upon extra charge of 5euros per person. If needed, please mention it on the reservation form.

- In the kitchen : large fridge and freezer, ceramic cook table, classical and microwave ovens, dishwasher, some basic culinary ingredients to renew when ended, coffee maker, all day to day dishes, crockery and glasses for 9 persons, kitchen linen,…
- In the living room : television with satellite reception, radio-CD player, DVD player,…
- In the laundry : washing and drying machine, ropes for clothes drying.
- In the garage : ping pong table, kids play space, ski storage place.
- In the garden : large fixed barbecue, tables, chairs and sun beds, umbrellas, picnic place, large shaded places, large pergola, shelter for the material of the tenants …
- The chalet is typical with stone and wooden walls. It was renovated in 2012.
- The interior is decorated in the mountain style with hot accents of the south.
