The holiday rental chalet “Plein Soleil” is a large property of charm and character at 1400m altitude,with a ground of 8000m ². It has a wrap around deck with great mountain view. Recently renovated, the chalet offers full comfort for 9 people, divided into 5 rooms each one having its own color and a personalized decoration.

It offers great views on the valley of Valdeblore, the medieval village of Saint Dalmas, the ski slopes of the family station of La Colmiane and the surrounding tops.

Many possibilities for summer and winter sports, walks and excursions in the surroundings.

The small family ski station of La Colmiane is at 1km and is equipped with snow-blowers in order to guarantee the practice of the winter sports from December to March . The place is also active in the summer with many sport possibilities. 60km or 1 hour drive from Nice and the Riviera ! You can pass from the snow to the mildness of the Mediterranean shores in the same day…

In the summer, the station offers VTT bike, paragliding, guides for medium and high mountain hiking. with horse or donkey riding.

Walking and hiking trails start from the property.

One via Ferrata dominates the place. The chalet is bright, spacious and pleasant to live. The beds are done on your arrival. Baby bed and high chair are available.

The person in charge of the maintenance takes great care of the property and will be there on your arrival and departure. You will appreciate the state of cleanliness of the house.

The chalet is located in a mountainous, quite and green surrounding It offers a dominant situation on Valdeblore : intimate and pretty valley made up of 3 villages and situated between the valleys of the Vésubie and the Tinée.

60km north of Nice, 25 km of Italy, 10 km from the small town of Saint Martin Vésubie: thermal station with beautiful properties The city is the door to the medium and high mountain. The closest villages are: Saint Dalmas 1km away, La Bolline 6km on the lower side of the valley and the winter and summer station of La Colmiane 1km away on the upper part of the valley.

Valdeblore is a little valley located south east of France. It’s part of the department of the Alpes-Maritimes of the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. It gives multiple excursion opportunities in a range of 70km:

The “Boréon” is also a famous Nordic ski center and shelters the ”parc Alpha” Where you can see wolves in their natural element. From Saint Martin Vésubie, 10km from the chalet, a road will lead you to the “Madonna di Fenestre”: mountain pasture located at 2000m height and surrounded by 3000m tops. Paradise for hikers and alpinists.

The famous ski stations of Isola 2000, Valberg and Auron are 45min drive from the house. You will appreciate the warmness and the kindness of the people.
